Description
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council recently conducted a procurement exercise for the provision of bereavement support services as part of its Public Mental Wellbeing Programme. The requirement was divided into two lots: Lot 1, Community Bereavement Support Service for Children, Young People and Families; and Lot 2, Community Bereavement Support Service for Adults.
