The HSE wish to engage with the market by inviting companies providing a Clinical Decisions Support (CDS) Solutions Systems, and related services to submit a concise submission in response to certain questions in and using the template provided in the preliminary market consultation document. The HSE is conducting this preliminary market consultation on behalf of the HSE and other Public Health Service providers (Section 38 and 39 organisations). The preliminary market consultation document is being made available on the understanding and on condition that it is to be used solely for the purposes outlined therein. Interested parties should note that this is not a call for competition, and there will be no award of business or contract as a result of this preliminary market consultation process. The preliminary market consultation document does not constitute a representation that a National CDS System or such other related services will in fact be procured, in whole or in part. Nor does it constitute an invitation to tender or an offer to enter into a contract. No contractual relationship will be formed arising from any response submitted to the preliminary market consultation document.
