Description
This programme outlined in this contract will support Local Authorities and Local Systems to meet their legislative duties under: ⢠Care Act 2014 ⢠Mental Capacity Act 2005 ⢠Sexual Offences Act 2002 ⢠Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 ⢠Equality Act 2010 ⢠Health and Safety and Data Protection legislation and implement reform across a range of priority areas: ⢠Market Sustainability & Commissioning ⢠Assessment & Personalisation ⢠Workforce ⢠Safeguarding and protection ⢠Finance & resources ⢠Social justice and social work practice ⢠People with Learning Disabilities & Autism (BTRS) ⢠Information & Advice ⢠Public Health ⢠Unpaid Carers ⢠Digital Transformation This support will be delivered via a range of different improvement activity including: Universal Self-Service Support ⢠Events, webinars, pre-recorded materials, Top Tips and learning exchange Self-assessment tool kits and workbooks ⢠Standard data tools, informed by experts, to assess performance and variation Peer Support ⢠Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning ⢠Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basis Direct Support ⢠Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues ⢠Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council's needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-up
