Description
2. The Council requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Park Mains High School Extension project. Park Mains High School (PMHS) is a secondary school in Erskine, Renfrewshire and is located at Barrhill Road, Erskine, PA8 6EY (the “Site”). Planned housing developments within the school’s catchment areas of Renfrewshire have resulted in the need to increase the current capacity. Building and space planning intervention is required to optimise space use and to meet the increased capacity demand effectively and efficiently and to further integrate the school with the local community.
