PHASE 1 FLOOD ALLEVIATION WORKSAT MERTON MEADOWS. Call off from Framework Agreement. Process was undertaken in the form of a direct award utilising Procure Partnerships Framework, West Midlands, £1-5m. Procure Partnerships Framework Agreement sets out the terms governing the provision of the works and supplies concerned, clients can award a contract without reopening competition.
