Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) ,
The works delivered to the Authority's housing stock may span all trades and will be completed in accordance with the referral forms completed by Nottinghamshire County Council's Occupational Therapy Department and ADC's internal referral process. Works delivered will be categorised as either 'small scale' or 'large scale' works, which will require completing by the Contractor within the following timeframes: Small Scale Adaptations - 10 working days. Large Scale Adaptations - 40 working days. The definition of what types of works are 'small scale and which are 'large scale' is provided in Part 5. It is imperative that the successful Contractor has sufficient resources and flexibility to facilitate fluctuating demand to ensure the works can be completed within the timeframes specified above. Failure to complete these works in accordance with the timeframes specified will be considered default in performance by the Contractor, therefore it's essential that the Contractor can consistently achieve these targets.
