Description
The works comprise of various external repairs to the main block and some internal fire detection upgrades. These include but are not limited to; • Various demolition activities. • External works to entrance road including new kerbing and wearing course. • Masonry repointing and repairs. • Electrical works to external of properties including cable tiding and relaying of cables where required.
