This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to identifying a suitably resourced contractor to undertake renovation of the existing vacant school on Altamont Street, Westport, Co. Mayo. The building has been stripped back to shell and core. The main scope of the project involves renovation and retrofit of the existing building, including site works, resurfaced play areas and grass reseeded.
