Estates Services support the work to deliver the strategy for the University's mechanical and electrical infrastructure and systems in line with the Mechanical & Electrical Design Philosophy documents, which in turn supports the activities of the wider University. They also support the Capital Projects team in delivering the next generation of buildings and the Sustainability team in their Environmental Sustainability Strategy that aims to get the University to net zero carbon emissions and biodiversity net gain by 2035. The purpose of the Mechanical and Electrical Contractors Framework is to enable the University of Oxford Estates Services a fast and efficient method of procurement for mechanical and electrical projects and associated works building the infrastructure behind world-leading research and teaching.
