Description

A new purpose built building consisting of a steel frame with brick cladding and internal block work walls. The building would consist of a ground floor and first floor roof space which serves as a plant area. This would be accessed via an internal staircase. The plant would consist of Air handling unit and heating and hot water would be provided via an air source heat pump. The ground floor consists of a holding room/access area, wing office, toilet facilities, IT room, VCC suites and a domestic visits area.
