Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd cynigion gan ymgynghorwyr pensaernïol cymwys â phrofiad i gynnal astudiaeth dichonoldeb ar gyfer opsiynau am datblygiadau preswyl ar dir yn Nolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2YB. The study will assess the viability of developing the site to provide mixed housing units, including social housing and age-restricted bungalows, as part of the Tŷ Gwynedd Project (More Information), or an Extra Care Facility, or a mixture of both.
