The Code of Practice provides statutory guidance on duties, policies and procedures relating to Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014. (b) Improve the educational outcomes, emotional well-being and personal development of children and young people aged 0-25 years through the application of psychology in providing assessment, advice and recommendations.
