This is a collaborative Framework Agreement open for the use of the Greater London Authority (GLA), ("the Contracting Authority"), the Greater London Authority Group and Transport for London Group and any of their functional bodies as well as other Authorities ("Framework Users"/"User Bodies") in the United Kingdom.
