Description
This procurement will be split into two lots: Lot 1 - Controlled Environment Door Inspections & Reactive Maintenance -3 years with an option to extend of 2 years. The cross-passage doors are complex electro-mechanical systems that can only be inspected and maintained by competent contractors. There is a statutory requirement to inspect these doors at 6 monthly intervals. Lot 2 - Door Remedials - 3 years with an option to extend of 2 years. Remedial works will be required to maintain the functionality, safety, and compliance of all doors, hatch systems and associated components. The competent supplier will be responsible for fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and repairs to address system failures, damage, and security concerns.
