Sprout Social is a tool that EWR can use to monitor social media activity on, such as engagement on our posts, mentions, sentiment trends etc. From a resource perspective, it will make it efficient for the Social Media Lead to effectively monitor multiple social media platforms singlehandedly, with little resource needed from the wider team.
