Description
The Contracting Authority The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Cumbria has awarded a Call-off Contract for the provision of Custody Demand Modelling Consultancy in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, via a compliant Direct Award against Healthtrust Europe - Consultancy Solutions & Advisory Services Framework Lot 1 Business Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services.

The Procurement Act guidance (Guidance: transitional and saving arrangements (HTML) - GOV.UK) states that any contracts awarded through a framework agreement under the previous legislation will continue to be managed in accordance with that legislation.
