The overall estimated value for these services is £38,063,459.00 (exc. VAT) for the full 10-year term across the eleven (11) proposed contracts/lots (optional extension(s) included). There is an estimated launch date of October 2025, an estimated award date of February 2026 and an estimated go live date of 01 April 2026 (Note: the go-live date may change depending on the required mobilisation period for each lot but is not expected to exceed three (3) months). The proposed contract length shall be an ‘initial term’ of five (5) years, with the option to extend for a period (or periods) of up to a further five (5) years (maximum 10 years). Please note that estimated values, contract length (including changes to the initial term and/or extension term options), and timeline dates are all indicative at this stage and may be subject to change as the eleven (11) Contracting Authorities are planning on undertaking a second market assessment exercise with the provider market which may/or may not result in feedback that we would wish to incorporate and/or change our tendering approach slightly to accommodate
