Mae'r caffael hwn yn ceisio rhoi Cytundeb Fframwaith ar waith ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau cynnal a chadw priffyrdd i gefnogi'r gwaith o gyflawni prosiectau a gynhelir gan adran cynnal a chadw priffyrdd yr Awdurdod Lleol. Bydd y Fframwaith yn disodli trefniant presennol ac yn dod yn weithredol ar ôl iddo ddod i ben. Bydd y Fframwaith yn cael ei rannu'n chwe Lot sy'n cwmpasu'r gwahanol wasanaethau sydd eu hangen. Bydd pob Lot yn cael ei ddyfarnu gyda phrif gontractwr a fydd yn cael y gwaith yn y lle cyntaf ac yna hyd at bedwar contractwr arall. Caniateir i dendrwyr gynnig ar un neu fwy o lotiau. This procurement seeks to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of highway maintenance services to support the delivery of projects undertaken by the Highway maintenance department of the Local Authority. The Framework will be replacing an existing arrangement and become active upon its expiry. The Framework will be divided into six Lots covering the various services required. Each Lot will be awarded with a prime contractor that will be issued the work in the first instance followed by up to four other contingent contractors. Tenderers are permitted to bid on one or more Lots.
