The key requirements of a lone worker solution and managed support services, are:

1. A system that can track every user, store user details, where users are located, where they are going to and when they have returned. 2. A service which allows for check-ins, raising SOS alerts and incapacity monitoring. 3. The technology must have the capability to work in poor signal areas. 4. Access to an emergency call/alert monitoring centre that is manned 24/7 5. The ability to locate users in emergency situations. 6. The service offered should be flexible and reflect the 24/7 hours when lone workers may be active.
