The Client wishes to employ a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the management and maintenance of the Langdon Hills District Heating System The services that this contract is expected to include relate to four discrete elements namely (i) Supply of Energy, (ii) Maintenance of District Heating Plant, (iii) Meter Reading and Billing Support (iv) Lighting The production and supply of hot water to meet the demand across the Estate for space heating and domestic hot water. Maintain the primary distribution circuits, temperature and quantity of hot water necessary to meet the demand across the Estate for space heating and domestic water requirements.
