The contract will cover purchases of hook lift skips 40 cu yd or 20 cu yd skips through the life of the contract the initial purchase will be for around 8 40 cu yd skips. However, the Council reserves the right to order a smaller quantity dependent upon the price - due to the maximum budget available for this purchase. This notice is in replacement of UK6: Contract award notice (Procurement Act 2023), as the contract is below threshold.
