This Contract is for the provision of Winter Bureau & Weather Station Maintenance (the "Services") across multiple districts, including, the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council; Leeds City Council; the Borough of Kirklees Council; Wakefield Metropolitan District Council; and Calderdale Council (the "Commissioning Parties").
