Description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of reconstructive works and slurry sealing across sections of footways in Swindon which have been identified as in need of essential maintenance as detailed in the specification & drawings (including the provision of all necessary pedestrian management & access requirements to complete the works).
Swindon Borough Council have identified areas in the Borough in need of essential footways maintenance in the form of reconstructive works and slurry sealing along sections of the footways in the town.
Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.
The initial contract term will be for 12 weeks as stated in the ITT documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract by Thursday 28th March 2024, 1400 hrs noon UK Local time.
The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications.
