Description

Chichester District Council owns and manages 31 car parks across the district, covering both city and rural areas. Car parks range in size and the council has a duty to ensure these are maintained in a manner which meets our health and safety and corporate requirements. The maps on Appendix 1 shows the locations of all car parks. The Council is seeking a sole supplier for the provision of installation & maintenance services and minor works contract for car parks. The car parks require routine maintenance throughout the year as well as occasionally urgent work such as pothole repairs, fencing, small scale brickwork repairs and line marking.
