A new framework agreement for the provision of IT Software. This covers the purchase, licencing and subscription, but will also include related professional services and support and maintenance related to the software solution, whether cloud-based, on-premises or hybrid. Such software shall include, but not be limited to Desktop applications, Server applications, General business applications, Network software, Security software, Development, Testing and Design software, Software as a Service.
