An ESPO national Framework offering the provision of estate management professional services relating to the use, acquisition, disposal and development of land and property. The Framework is divided into 8 Lots, with Lots 1 and 2 being further divided into sub-lots as follows: Lot 1. Valuation Services • Lot 1A. Fixed Asset Valuation • Lot 1B. Rating Valuation • Lot 1C.
