Description
The Authority wishes to establish a Closed Framework for the provision of professional services across three Lots for Westmorland and Furness Council. - Lot 1 Property - Lot 2 Civils and Infrastructure - Lot 3 Planning, Growth and Sustainability During the lifetime of the Framework Agreement, the Client may call off Consultants from the Framework to provide services in relation to a particular project or projects. The scope of services could be wide ranging in nature from providing early project advice and services including surveys and reports on the Client's proposals to providing project delivery from inception to completion. Consultants will be appointed under the call off terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. Total Framework Value will be £12 million inc VAT. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with the new Public Procurement Act 2023 and will follow the Open Procedure ("the Regulations"). This Framework is being established for Professional Service Consultancy organisations only. Organisations other than Professional Service Consultancy will not be invited to participate any further in this engagement process.
