Bernicia are looking for a contractor to carry out refurbishment works at Etal House, Moorhouse Estate, Ashington, NE63 9LS.
Etal House is a retirement housing complex built in 1996 and consists of 37 high quality one bedroom apartments within landscaped grounds.
