St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the CRSTS Highway Capital Maintenance Programme 2024/25 - Carriageway Resurfacing Works (Bulk Tender Number 2).\r \r Carriageway resurfacing will be on the following roads:\r \r 1. Queens Road - Haydock\r 11. Mercer Street - Newton East\r 12. Mill Lane - Newton East \r 13. Wargrave Road - Newton East \r 14. Queens Drive - Newton West \r 15. Broad Oak Road - Parr\r 16.
