Description
Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of 250 Hewlett Packard 445 G10 Laptops (8A5W4EA#ABU), to be provided to the Council with standard manufacturer warranty. Alternative and Reconditioned models will not be able to be considered on this occasion - please see ITT documents and the Appendix A - Specification for further information.
The Contract is anticipated to commence upon end of April 2024 for a duration of up to two months to allow for delivery of all items by 28 June 2024, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document.
