Description
NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission the provision of Young Adults Services (Mental Health). NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process.
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Provider Selection Regime 2023 do not apply to this procurement, as per the Transitional Provision under Provider Selection Regime 2023 (Regulation 29), the services are deemed to be subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. As on 14th November 2023, the Commissioner had sought expressions of interest from providers (i.e. prior to 1st of January 2024) via Publication of a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in both the Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder.
The contract will commence 1st December 2024 for an initial period of 3 years and 4 months, with the Commissioner having the option to extend for up to a further 1 year and 8 months. The maximum total value available including both the 3 years and 4 months initial period and the (up to) 1 year and 8 months extension period is £1,535,000. Therefore, any bids that exceed these values will be disqualified. Please see published ITT documentation for further information regarding this.
