Description
The London Borough of Sutton, on behalf of TLC, is procuring a single supplier framework to provide a Library Management System, Library Platform and Library App. The framework will be open to TLC members authorities and other local authorities. The current members of the TLC can be found using this link https://thelibrariesconsortium.org.uk/ Please note that this is not a tender notice and at this stage the tender documents are not available. This notice is a pipeline notice published under section 93 of the Procurement Act 2023. The contracting authority is still engaged in discussions with TLC partners and at this stage the length of the framework agreement and the option to extend the framework is under discussion. This is also the case for the date that the procurement documents and the tender notice with be published.
