Design and construction of an estimated 12 houses and 40 flats at former Laura Chambers Lodge Care Home Site at 29 Swansdowne Dr, Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8HW. The flats will be located within a single block, designed to high accessibility standards, with communal entrances, refuse storage, secure cycle storage, and appropriate levels of car parking.
