Swansea Council is hosting a market engagement event for organisations interested in delivering Housing Related Support Services (Housing Support Grant funded) to prevent homelessness which include: - Services to rough sleepers. - Rapid Response Assertive outreach support to people in Emergency Temp Accommodation e.g. Bed & Breakfast and Hotels. - Floating Support to people in managed dispersed accommodation. - Floating Support to people in their own homes. - Support to access private rented accommodation.
