We are pleased to announce our intention to procure Dementia Support Services aimed at providing comprehensive care for individuals living with dementia. This service will cater to the unique needs of those affected by dementia, including personalised care plans, memory support activities, caregiver education, and regular monitoring and assistance to ensure the highest quality of life. The objective is to empower individuals with dementia and their families with the necessary tools and support to manage the condition effectively and compassionately. We are considering various service models that demonstrate the capability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based dementia care solutions. This initiative aims to foster a supportive community through effective and empathetic care programs for those affected by dementia.
