Pembrokeshire County Council are tendering an Older Persons Information, Advice & Housing Related Support Service throughout Pembrokeshire. The service will provide information, advice and housing related support for individuals aged 50+, to meet their housing needs, remain independent and increase their resilience over time, through early intervention and prevention. This service is funded by the Housing Support Grant.
