Description
Refurbishment Works - Consett Fire Station, Villa Real Road, Consett, DH8 6BH.

Budget: £750k including a £50k contingency (Prelims & profit should be included in the Tender return for the expending of the contingency sum)

Timescales: Note that the works are planned for the Spring with a notional 14 week duration, please do feel free to return an alternative Tender with a different duration should you feel the 14 week period is not practical.
