Description
Herefordshire Council is looking to commission a housing related support service for children in care and care leavers aged 16-25. The overall purpose of the service is to provide supported accommodation for care leavers and children in care between the ages of 16 and 25. The tailored support encourages independence and supports the development of life skills to move on or towards independent living, and successful management of a tenancy.
