These were an extension of time only to allow for project delays via Reg 72.—(1) (e) where the modifications, irrespective of their value, are not substantial
This is a delayed publication of the modification as there was a discrepancy between the Atamis record which allowed for extensions and the original Contract Award Notice that had not allowed for the extensions, meaning it was mistakenly assumed to be an allowable Reg 72 that did not require a revised Notice
