This is a two year piece of work that will need to be develop and delivered iteratively alongside mobilisation and delivery of the programme locally. This will include working closely with key colleagues in Medway Council, delivering to a tight time frame to ensure the voices of parents and carers inform development and delivery of the local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.
