Description
The North Kent Clinical Commissioning Groups, which comprises NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Dartford Gravesham and Swanley Clinical Commissioning Group, and NHS Swale Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to commission a community Ophthalmology service for patients registered with a North Kent General Practitioner (GP).
