The options include: Negotiated developer procurement; Joint venture opportunities; and disposal of the site Lot 2 covers subsequent consultancy of preferred option - The consultant will provide full support through the resulting procurement or disposal process including ongoing advice, marketing, developer selection, evaluation and assist through the negotiation of a development agreement where applicable: Consultants have the option to bid for either or both lots.
