Places for People (PfP) employs in excess of 13,000 colleagues operating across the UK. The organisation intends to continue acquiring and integrating other organisations to expand its scale and enhance the services it provides to people and communities. As a result, PfP anticipates sustained growth over the next 10 years, increasing both workforce size and operational complexity. This growth trajectory introduces increasing demands around: Organisational integration Process standardisation Data consistency and governance Scalable support for HR, finance, payroll, procurement, and asset management Rapid onboarding of newly acquired organisations and colleagues In this context, a modern, integrated ERP solution is fundamental to enabling PfP to operate efficiently at scale. The future ERP platform must support mergers and acquisitions, enable consistent and flexible processes, and provide reliable, organisation-wide management information.
